Evening concert at the Lansdowne

Join us for a wonderful concert performed by Italian-born pianist Giacomo Tora, in the beautiful ballroom of the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair.
Giacomo Tora started his music education at the Conservatorio di Musica "L. Campiani" di Mantova in Italy . Later, he moved to London to study with esteemed pianist Deniz Arman Gelenbe. Giacomo has currently been a Trinity College London scholar for three years consecutively and is currently enrolled in a Professional Diploma program at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where he is studying with esteemed pianist Deniz Arman Gelenbe. He also earnt his Master of Music degree at the same institution. In addition to his formal education, Giacomo had been refining his repertoire with world-renowned artists such as Françoise Thinat, Bruno Canino, Martino Tirimo, and Pascal Rogé and attended prestigious masterclasses at Amici della Musica di Firenze and Académie internationale d'été de Nice. Giacomo was a Charles Haimoff Foundation Scholar in the past and is currently a Robert Turnbull Piano Foundation and Trinity College London Scholar.

Lansdowne House was designed by Robert Adam in the 1760s and belonged to the Petty-Fitzmaurice family until 1929. It was partially demolished to allow the construction of the Fitzmaurice place. In 1935 the Lansdowne Club opened its door. It is a private club.
